We are seeking a Helper with minimum 0-1 yr experience in any manufacturing company to join our team. Candidate should be minimum S.S.C qualified.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Learn welding techniques and fitting processes under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Support the team in measuring, cutting, and assembling metal parts.
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment.
- Strong manual skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and to follow instructions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10th pass or ITI in Fitter/welding (fresher candidates are welcome to apply).
- Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle manual labor.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
