About the Role-
We are looking for a proactive and driven Cold Caller to join our team. This is a full‑time, On Site ( Office) opportunity focused on engaging enterprise prospects, building rapport, and generating qualified leads for our business.
Working hour - 8-10 hours
Working days - 6 days in week
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to enterprise prospects daily.
- Introduce our solutions and spark interest with decision‑makers.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow‑up meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine scripts and outreach strategy.
- Follow ups on prospects, lead generation and close deals
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on calls.
- Prior experience in cold calling, telesales, or B2B lead generation preferred.
- Ability to handle objections and build trust quickly.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
