Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our facility management services for residential apartments and commercial premises. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, exceptional lead generation skills, and outstanding negotiation abilities. You will play a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and driving the growth of our facility management services in both residential and commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
· Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, potential clients, and growth opportunities in the facility management sector for residential and commercial properties.
· Develop and execute a business development strategy to maximize market share and revenue growth.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
· Leverage your network to identify and target potential clients, including property owners, managers, residential associations, and commercial property managers.
· Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive revenue growth.
3. Lead Generation and Conversion:
· Utilize your lead generation skills to identify new business opportunities and proactively approach potential clients.
· Effectively convert leads into clients by presenting the value of our facility management services.
4. Pricing and Contract Negotiation:
· Lead pricing negotiations and contract discussions with clients to ensure profitability while remaining competitive.
· Collaborate with the pricing team to set pricing strategies.
5. Negotiation Skills:
· Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms and contracts, balancing client needs with company profitability.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
· Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
· Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and client interactions.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
· Proven experience in sales and business development within the facility management services industry, with a strong network.
· Exceptional lead generation skills and a proven track record of converting leads into clients.
· Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
· Proficiency in using Computers and reporting software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹57,996.67 per month
