We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our team as Technical Support Executives for CAD/CAM Products used in the apparel, textile, leather, and manufacturing industries.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for CAD/CAM software and cutting systems.
- Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software and machines.
- Support customers through phone, email, remote access, and onsite visits.
- Conduct basic product demonstrations and user training.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for customer support activities.
- Maintain service reports and technical documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
