Gandiva is a TNPSC preparation platform designed to help aspirants prepare effectively through quality study content, PYQs, quiz practice and personalized learning features.
We are looking for a Tamil-speaking Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team and help TNPSC aspirants discover and subscribe to Gandiva Premium.
What you'll do
- Call TNPSC aspirants using our business calling system.
- Understand their exam preparation needs and explain how Gandiva can help them.
- Follow up with interested aspirants and convert them into Gandiva Premium users.
- Share relevant information and payment details through Gandiva's official WhatsApp Business account.
- Maintain lead status and follow-up details in our sales system.
- Work towards daily sales and conversion targets.
What we're looking for
- Excellent Tamil communication skills.
- Confident and friendly communication over phone.
- Good convincing and listening skills.
- Comfortable speaking with new people and handling objections.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and computers.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous sales/telecalling experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Work Details
- Work from Home
- Full-time – 8 hours per day
- Qualified TNPSC leads will be provided by Gandiva.
- Business calling system and sales tools will be provided.
- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
- 7-day paid evaluation period before confirmation as a regular employee.
