Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Computer Operator cum Office Assistant to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, coordination, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily office operations
- Handling documentation, filing, and correspondence
- Preparing letters, reports, and maintaining records
- Coordinating with departments for updates and follow-ups
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Managing phone calls, emails, and front-desk communication
- Maintaining Word, Excel & other MS Office files
- Supporting routine administrative and coordination activities
Requirements:
- Graduate/BBA / BCOM
- MS-CIT or any equivalent computer course
- 2–3 years of experience in office administration/coordination Hindi & English typing: 30–40 w.p.m.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
