Job Title: Plant Manager
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 15–20 Years (5–10 Years in a Managerial Role)
Education: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complete manufacturing plant operations
- Manage fabrication, assembly, painting, and finishing activities
- Achieve production targets and improve productivity
- Oversee material planning, procurement, stores, and inventory
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely material availability
- Ensure product quality and implement quality systems
- Lead production teams and maintain safety & discipline
- Monitor ERP-based production planning and inventory
- Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Experience in construction machinery manufacturing preferred
- Expertise in fabrication and manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of ERP systems, quality management, and supply chain
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills
