Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising shop-floor operations, ensuring smooth production flow, manpower management, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor
- Monitor workforce productivity and discipline
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards
- Coordinate with maintenance, QA/QC, and stores
- Prepare daily production and shift reports
Qualification:
- BE / DME (Mechanical / EEE)
Experience:
- 2–5 years in manufacturing/industrial setup
Salary:
- As Per Industry (Negotiable)
Other Requirements:
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Shift based Timings.
