Role Overview:
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Cooks to prepare high-quality European dishes in alignment with Olegio’s standards. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a passion for culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Kitchen Organization: Ensure the workstation is clean and ingredients are prepped for service.
- Collaboration: Work as part of the kitchen team to meet service demands.
- Quality Control: Maintain consistency and quality in every dish served.
- Safety Standards: Adhere to health and safety guidelines in the kitchen.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cook is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of European cuisine is a plus.
- Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
