- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
- Schedule and manage technical interviews
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Handle offer negotiation and documentation
- Ensure timely closure of positions (plant, engineering, admin roles)
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain compliance with company hiring policies
