Job Summary
To engage with prospective learners and support them in making informed educational and career decisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling students and working professionals, generating leads, and driving enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and working professionals through calls and other communication channels.
- Provide detailed information about courses, program features, eligibility criteria, and career outcomes.
- Understand learners' educational backgrounds, career goals, and skill development needs.
- Offer personalised counselling and guidance to help learners choose suitable programs.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments by providing timely follow-up and support.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and other assigned channels.
- Guide learners through the complete admission and enrolment process.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor by providing career-related guidance and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
