Job Description
Donracks is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Marketing Executive to support our sales team by generating qualified leads, coordinating with prospects, and strengthening customer relationships through effective telephonic communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales leads
- Explain Donracks’ products and solutions clearly (warehouse racking, storage systems, etc.)
- Follow up on enquiries received through Justdial, website, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns
- Qualify leads and assign the same the sales team
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details in CRM / Excel
- Regular follow-ups to convert enquiries into orders
- Coordinate with sales, marketing teams when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma (any stream)
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and tamil is Must
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
- Ability to convince and handle customer objections professionally
- Target-driven and disciplined approach
- Experience in B2B telemarketing or industrial sales is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B telecalling
- Strong follow-up skills and customer-handling ability
- Energetic, confident, and self-motivated
Work Time from : 9.00 Am to 5.30 PM
