Job Description :
Manage daily e-commerce operations and order fulfillment activities.
Plan procurement based on customer orders and inventory requirements.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely availability of products.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
Update product pricing and product information on the platform.
Oversee order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
Coordinate with delivery personnel and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, refunds, and replacements.
Conduct quality checks on products and resolve operational issues.
Generate and analyze sales, inventory, and operational reports using Excel and Shopify.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across procurement, inventory, warehousing, and customer service.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
