Key Responsibilities-
SOP Design & HRMS
- Build Vastramay's HR operating manual covering attendance, leave, payroll, onboarding, exits, and disciplinary processes.
- Lead the implementation, adoption, training, and administration of Spine HRMS.
- Develop HR templates, trackers, SOPs, and self-service documentation.
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end hiring, including sourcing, JD creation, screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Track and improve hiring KPIs such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance, and 90-day retention.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Design and manage an effective onboarding experience for new hires.
- Conduct probation reviews and manage employee confirmations.
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including transfers, role changes, increments, and exits.
Payroll & Compliance
- Process accurate and timely monthly payroll through Spine HRMS.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Shops & Establishments Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain audit-ready records and statutory documentation.
Performance Management
- Drive annual appraisals and mid-year performance reviews.
- Support managers in setting and reviewing KRAs.
- Promote a transparent, continuous, and feedback-driven performance culture.
Employee Relations & Culture
- Act as the primary HR contact for employee queries, grievances, and policy matters.
- Maintain and regularly update the HR Policy Handbook.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and employee experience.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
