ERP Functional Consultant
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic ERP Functional Consultant with strong CRM knowledge to bridge the gap between business requirements and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their processes, gather requirements, support ERP implementations, and provide functional guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Excellent communication and client-handling skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct client meetings to understand business processes and requirements.
* Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements.
* Prepare BRD, FRD, process flow diagrams, and functional specifications.
* Perform gap analysis and propose suitable ERP solutions.
* Coordinate with the technical team for customizations and enhancements.
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution.
* Conduct user training and prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
* Provide functional support during implementation and post-go-live phases.
* Manage and optimize CRM processes, including lead, opportunity, and customer lifecycle management.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in ERP implementation, business analysis, or functional consulting.
* Experience working with CRM systems and business process mapping.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
* Experience with Odoo ERP is an added advantage.
* CRM Experience Preferred
