Designation : Office Assistant/Accountant
Roles and Responsibilities
Making Bill Vouchers/Handling Petty Cash/Salary Work
- OASIS Data Entry: Preparing and submitting online data on the OASIS (Online Affiliated Schools Information System) portal within deadlines.
- UDISE+ Reporting: Managing school data on the UDISE+ portal.
- LOC (List of Candidates): Assisting in the preparation and verification of LOC for Classes X and XII, including student data verification (names, DOB, parents' names).
- Registration: Handling registration of Class IX and XI students with the CBSE regional office.
- Affiliation Maintenance: Maintaining all records related to CBSE affiliation, extension, and up-gradation.
- Records Management: Ensuring safe keeping of Staff records, including Salary sheets.
- Safety Certificates: Keeping mandatory, valid certificates updated, such as Fire Safety NOC, Building Safety Certificate, and Sanitation/Health Certificates.
- SMC Records: Maintaining minutes and records of School Management Committee (SMC) meetings.
- Staff Service Books: Updating staff files, service books, and records as per CBSE
- Key Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is the minimum requirement; an associate's or bachelor's degree is sometimes preferred for higher-level roles.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office software such as Google Workspace or database management systems.
- Experience: Previous experience as an Office Assistant, , or in a similar administrative role is often required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
