Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions that enhance the overall user experience, contributing to the continuous improvement of the software development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM). - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with application coding and testing frameworks. - Familiarity with database management and data integrity practices. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years of full time education is required.
