Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in hospital recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for clinical and non-clinical positions. Hospital recruitment experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, nursing, paramedical, and non-clinical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with HODs and respective departments.
- Manage walk-in interviews, recruitment drives, and campus hiring activities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate the documentation and joining process for selected candidates.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Prepare and share job postings on Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular updates on vacancies and closures.
- Support other HR activities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s Degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
- Hospital recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
