Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to provide architectural leadership across the ServiceNow platform and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will define platform strategy, establish architecture standards, govern solution design, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow implementations across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the ServiceNow platform architecture strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
- Design enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Review, validate, and approve technical designs, solution architectures, and implementation approaches.
- Establish and enforce platform design standards, development best practices, and governance policies.
- Ensure ServiceNow solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex platform and integration challenges.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions.
- Mentor solution architects, technical leads, and developers while promoting architecture best practices.
- Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities and recommend platform enhancements to support business growth.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong expertise across ServiceNow modules including:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Security Operations (SecOps)
- Extensive experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow architectures.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
- Experience with enterprise integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and third-party systems.
- Strong understanding of platform governance, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is highly preferred.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications are an advantage.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex ServiceNow implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
