Key Responsibilities
Saviynt Implementation & Configuration
- Implement and configure Saviynt EIC (Enterprise Identity Cloud) solutions.
- Design and develop workflows for:
- User lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
- Access requests and approvals
- Configure roles, entitlements, and access models.
Integration & Development
- Integrate Saviynt with enterprise systems such as:
- Active Directory (AD)
- Azure AD
- SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, etc.
- Develop connectors and APIs for third-party integrations.
- Write and maintain custom scripts (SQL, REST APIs, Java, or Groovy)
Access Management
- Design and manage role-based access control (RBAC).
- Implement fine-grained entitlement management.
- Support access request workflows and provisioning/de-provisioning.
Troubleshooting & Support
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in Saviynt implementations.
- Provide L2/L3 support for production issues.
Monitor system performance and tune configurations.
