Responsibilities:-
- Own inbound channels :- Handle all incoming calls, digital leads, WhatsApp queries, and walk-ins with speed and professionalism
- Client discovery :-Ask the right questions to understand budget, lifestyle, location, and investment goals in the first 5 minutes
- Match & pitch :- Recommend relevant projects from our portfolio based on client needs. Explain USPs, ROI, payment plans clearly in English + Hindi
- Convert to site visit :-Build urgency, handle objections, and schedule immersive site visits within 24-48 hrs
- Close & negotiate :- Take clients through project tours, price discussions, and objection handling. Drive deals to booking stage
- CRM & follow-up :- Log every call/lead in CRM real-time. Relentless follow-up to prevent lead leakage
- Post-sales coordination :- Support documentation, loan, and handover to ensure 5-star client experience & referrals
Skills – Must Have
- Excellent English + Hindi communication :- Clear, confident, professional phone & in-person skills
- Inbound sales DNA :- Comfortable handling 40-50 calls/day. Can build rapport in 30 seconds
- Client understanding :- Active listening, need analysis, emotional intelligence
- Property matching :- Strong memory of inventory, pricing, layouts, and ability to cross-sell
- Convincing & negotiation :- Handle price objections, payment plan pushback, competitor comparisons
- Street smartness :- Think on your feet, read client body language, create win-win situations
- Tech-savvy :- CRM, WhatsApp Business, Excel, virtual meeting tools
- Dehradun market knowledge + RERA basics preferred
- Own vehicle + flexibility for weekend site visits require
