RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve basic customer issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and friendly conversation with customers.
- Update customer details in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality support.
