Job Title: Performance Marketer (1–2 Years Experience)Job Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketer with 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be skilled in generating quality leads, improving campaign performance, and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Generate quality leads while maintaining target CPL and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spending.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS).
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Google Ads or Meta certifications are an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
