JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in a CA firm or corporate accounts department and should be capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting activities and coordinating with auditors and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Record sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal and expense entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain Debtors and Creditors ledgers.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and ledger reconciliation.
- Handle GST calculation, reconciliation and filing including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Handle TDS calculation, payment and return filing.
- Assist in Income Tax-related activities and statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L statements, balance sheet schedules and other financial reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up for outstanding payments.
- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, auditors and internal departments.
- Support internal and statutory audits and provide required documents and schedules.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounts.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Support the Finance Manager / CA in financial and compliance-related activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of audit procedures and financial statements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet statutory deadlines.
Qualification
Mandatory:
- B.Com / M.Com with relevant experience
Preferred:
- CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA / CA
- Candidates with experience in a CA firm, audit firm, construction or real estate company will be preferred.
Candidate Profile
- Strong practical exposure to accounting and statutory compliance.
- Should be capable of handling accounts independently.
- Candidates with CA Firm experience will have an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
