The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the project site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications and quality standards. The role involves coordinating workers, monitoring progress, managing materials, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations on the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Coordinate and manage workers and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect work to maintain quality standards.
- Manage site materials, equipment, and resources efficiently.
- Resolve on-site issues and delays quickly.
Required Qualifications
- Any Degree
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in projects.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and project plans.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
