Job description:
As a Technical Coordinator in Mobitech, you will play an important role by making calls to prospective customers, providing information about services, answering enquiries and resolving The Technical problem through Mobile phone. The role requires excellent communication skills and a professional attitude and technical Guidence.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible to handle phone calls to promote products and services.
- Responsible to collect feedbacks.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate unsolved matters to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers.
- Communicating with customers regarding technical issues and service support
- Coordinating and taking guidance from the Technical Manager
- Providing immediate problem-solving support through phone guidance
- Handling technical issues remotely and resolving them over calls
- Ensuring clear and professional communication with customers
- Supporting field team with troubleshooting assistance
- Basic to advanced electrical knowledge required
- Maintaining proper follow-up until issue resolution
Preferred qualification:
- EEE, ECE, Agricultural Engineering or other related degree with good communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries.
- Good fluency in English and Tamil. Other languages like Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada are also preferred.
