Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
Job Summary
The Supervisor – Horticulture will be responsible for maintaining the park's landscapes, gardens, lawns, and greenery. The role involves supervising horticulture staff, ensuring plant health, and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the park premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day horticulture and landscaping activities.
- Monitor the maintenance of lawns, plants, trees, flower beds, and green areas.
- Plan and execute seasonal plantation and landscaping projects.
- Ensure proper watering, pruning, fertilization, and pest control measures.
- Allocate duties and monitor the performance of horticulture staff.
- Maintain gardening tools, equipment, and inventory of horticulture materials.
- Identify and address plant diseases and recommend corrective measures.
- Ensure cleanliness and beautification of all green spaces within the park.
- Coordinate with other departments for event-related landscaping requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
