Job Title: Admission Counselor
We are looking for a young, smart, confident, and well-spoken Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, fees, and other relevant information.
Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to admission-related queries.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English.
Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
Strong counseling, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
Previous experience in admission counseling, education sales, or a similar role will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
