We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with 1–3 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ERP-based accounting systems, possess strong reconciliation skills, and be comfortable managing day-to-day accounting operations with minimal supervision.

Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely bookkeeping.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.

Record and update banking transactions accurately.

Update and maintain accounting records in ERP software (preferably Sage or similar ERP systems).

Handle accounting entries using Tally ERP.

Ensure accurate posting of journal entries, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

Maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Assist in preparing reports and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting-related queries.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.

Experience working on Sage ERP or any similar accounting ERP software.

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and bank reconciliations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, lookups, pivot tables, etc.).

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Self-driven, responsible, and capable of working independently.
