Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and file legal documents in courts and tribunals, in Karnataka.
- Coordinate with court offices and registry,
- Track hearing dates, filing deadlines, and case status updates.
- Maintain physical and digital records of legal documents and case files.
- Assist advocates and legal associates with litigation-related tasks.
- Obtain certified copies, orders, judgments, and other court documents.
- Ensure compliance with court procedures and filing requirements.
- Handle document delivery, affidavits, notarization, and stamping processes.
- Update internal case management systems regularly.
- Support the legal team in day-to-day operational activities
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Court Clerk in a law firm, litigation practice, or advocate's chamber.
- Sound knowledge of court procedures, e-filing, physical filings, and documentation across various courts and tribunals.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple court matters and deadlines.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with courts, advocates, clients, and internal teams.
- Proficient in MS Office and legal documentation, with a high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
