Al Burj Builders & Developers is looking for a creative and passionate Architect to join our team for our new office at Capkon Center, Calicut. The ideal candidate will be involved in architectural planning, design development, preparation of drawings, and coordination with project teams to deliver high-quality commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and presentations
- Develop design concepts and project layouts
- Create 2D and 3D models and renderings
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients
- Conduct site visits and assist in project execution
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements and building regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural design software
- Strong creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates based in or near Calicut are preferred
