Job Description – Operations CoordinatorAbout the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support vendor onboarding, application tracking, CRM management, and operational coordination activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, process ownership, and the ability to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesVendor Registration & Onboarding
- Manage vendor registration and onboarding processes across multiple client portals.
- Submit, monitor, and track vendor onboarding applications.
- Ensure accurate submission of required documents and information.
- Coordinate with vendors and portal administrators to resolve application-related issues and delays.
Status Tracking & Coordination
- Maintain trackers for submitted, pending, approved, and rejected applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Ensure timely communication and handoff of information between stakeholders.
- Proactively follow up on pending activities and drive closure.
CRM & Process Management
- Update and maintain CRM records with accurate status updates.
- Ensure operational data integrity, completeness, and accuracy.
- Identify missing information and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain process documentation and operational records.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.
- Highlight pending actions, risks, bottlenecks, and delays.
- Support management with operational reporting and tracker maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations Coordination, Vendor Management, Customer Operations, Process Coordination, Administrative Operations, or Back-office Operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
- Experience maintaining operational trackers and records.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
