ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER :
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Strategy
- Develop communication plans aligned with business goals.
- Develop communication campaigns to drive donations, sponsorships, and memberships.
- Define messaging for campaigns, announcements, and branding.
- Public Relations (PR)
Develops overall PR strategy for the organization.
Handles internal and external communication for a company.
Prepares speeches, newsletters, and official announcements.
Handle crisis communication when issues arise.
Represents the organization when speaking to the media.
Manages brand reputation on social media platforms
Ensures consistent brand messaging.
- Content Creation
- Oversee content for websites, newsletters, reports, and social media.
- Ensure messaging follows the company’s brand voice.
- Internal Communications
- Keep Stakeholders informed through emails, intranet posts, meetings, or newsletters.
- Support leadership with speeches or internal announcements.
- Brand & Reputation Management
- Maintain consistent messaging and tone across all channels.
- Protect and enhance the organization’s reputation.
- Social Media Management
- Plan and execute marketing or awareness campaigns.
- Coordinate with social media, PR and Branding gainers are required.

Required Qualification: Degree in Mass Communication / Visual Communication preferred. Proficiency in English is must.

Required Experience (in years and the areas & industry): 3–5 years in Social Media Management, Marketing &
Brand Building. Experienced in digital marketing.
Salary : 75000 to 1,00,000 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
