Job Description
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and providing information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, and ongoing offers to customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and leads.
- Schedule appointments and maintain call records.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain accurate customer data in the system.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and/or English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
