Ideal profile: technically strong with hands-on IT/systems experience, genuine interest in AI tools and implementation (not just theoretical knowledge), curious and research-driven — comfortable exploring emerging tech (BIM, AI) and vetting vendors, problem-solver who can also train non-technical teams patiently.
Roles and Responsibility:
● Ensure on-ground systems and the operations app run smoothly and stay streamlined
● Identify and implement AI tools to streamline operations across departments
● Own IT infrastructure — systems, software licenses, data security, backups
● Oversee day-to-day operation of the in-house operations app (Saanvi Connect)
● Monitor user complaints/issues and coordinate app-related fixes
● Manage and troubleshoot the app's technical backend, coordinating updates
● Gather user feedback and translate into feature/improvement requests
● Generate regular metrics and reports for Saanvi Connect — usage, complaints, resolution turnaround, adoption trends
● Train internal teams and app users on new tools/workflows for adoption
● Build internal automation systems using AI (messaging, communication channels, workflows, etc.)
● Ensure data hygiene and integration across internal tools/databases
● R&D on emerging AI systems and BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools relevant to real estate/construction workflows
● Evaluate and engage with vendors/companies on new tech and AI solutions — demos, pilots, and recommendations to leadership
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
