Qualification:
Graduate / B.Com / M.Com / MBA / Any Post-Graduate
Minimum Experience Required:
8–10 years of relevant experience in Stores, Warehouse, and Cold Storage Operations.
Mandatory Requirement:
Candidates must have hands-on experience in cold storage and frozen product handling within FMCG / Food & Beverage / Retail industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day store and cold storage operations
* Monitor inventory, stock movement, GRN, and FIFO processes
* Ensure proper handling and storage of frozen products as per hygiene and quality standards
* Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Procurement, and Warehouse teams
* Handle inward and outward material movement efficiently
* Maintain stock accuracy and operational efficiency
* Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit requirements, and safety standards
* Resolve operational issues and support smooth warehouse functioning
