Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery & Capacity Building
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (ToT) programs for trainers and facilitators.
- Deliver training sessions on employability skills, digital literacy, communication skills, and project-specific modules.
- Ensure consistent training standards and methodologies across centers.
- Mentor and coach trainers to improve their delivery and facilitation skills.
Content Development
- Develop, review, and update training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessment tools.
- Customize training content as per project requirements and target audience needs.
- Incorporate innovative learning methodologies and adult learning principles.
Quality Assurance
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Conduct regular audits of training sessions and provide improvement recommendations.
- Track learner performance and ensure achievement of training objectives.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with project teams, center heads, and regional teams to identify training needs.
- Support implementation of new training initiatives and curriculum enhancements.
- Prepare and submit training reports and MIS as required.
Performance Monitoring
- Analyze training data and learner outcomes.
- Recommend interventions to improve training quality and learner engagement.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and project guidelines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
