Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Manager for our Jaipur office at JTM Mall.
The role involves handling customer enquiries, understanding requirements, sourcing the right IT products from the best available suppliers/markets, preparing quotations, coordinating with teams, and following up with customers until closure.

We are an IT hardware distribution and technology solutions business serving customers in Zambia and other African markets.
We deal in laptops, desktops, printers, toners, networking products, security products, servers, storage, accessories, and other IT solutions.
Our Jaipur office supports our international operations through sourcing, pricing, quotations, customer coordination, and daily communication with our Zambia team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries through calls, email, WhatsApp, and CRM.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Source products from the best suppliers, markets, or countries.
- Compare prices, availability, specifications, and lead times.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Coordinate with sourcing, pricing, sales, and operations teams.
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations until closure.
- Maintain customer records and sales updates.
- Coordinate daily with the Zambia operations team.
Required Candidate Profile
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
- Basic commercial and pricing understanding.
- Comfortable with Excel, email, WhatsApp, and CRM.
- Able to coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn IT hardware sourcing.
