Position Description
As Process Head – Employee Rewards, you will lead the design, implementation, and governance of Digit’s compensation and rewards strategy. This role involves driving competitive, equitable, and performance-linked reward programs that align with business goals and employee expectations. You will collaborate with senior leadership, HRBPs, and Finance to ensure reward practices are data-driven, compliant, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
Rewards Strategy & Design
- Develop and manage compensation frameworks, incentive structures, and recognition programs.
- Benchmark industry practices and ensure competitiveness across roles and levels.
Performance-Linked Compensation
- Align rewards with performance outcomes through variable pay, bonuses, and goal-based incentives.
- Partner with Talent and Performance teams to integrate rewards with appraisal cycles.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit standards, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain documentation and support internal/external audits.
Analytics & Insights
- Use data to drive decisions on pay equity, cost optimization, and reward effectiveness.
- Generate dashboards and reports for leadership reviews.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with HRBPs, Finance, and business leaders to address reward-related queries and needs.
- Lead communication and change management around reward programs.
Experience & Skills Required
Work Experience
- 10+ years in compensation, rewards, or HR strategy roles, with experience in managing large-scale programs.
Technology Known
- HR analytics tools, compensation platforms
- Excel, dashboards, and internal systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
