Job Description-Inside Sales Closer / Program Enrollment Specialist
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Closer / Program Enrollment Specialist to convert warm inbound leads into paid members for high-ticket business coaching and mentorship programs.
This is a revenue-focused, target-driven role, ideal for someone confident in consultative selling, objection handling, and closing premium programs over calls, Zoom, and WhatsApp.
This is not a cold-calling role. You will work with high-intent inbound leads generated through webinars, workshops, social media enquiries, referrals, and community interactions.

- ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month (fixed)

Role Mission
Convert qualified inbound leads into paid program members through trust-based conversations, structured follow-ups, ethical urgency creation, and confident closing.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Calling & Conversion
- Call and engage with inbound leads from webinars, workshops, social media, referrals, and community enquiries
- Understand the prospect’s business, challenges, goals, urgency, and decision-making ability
- Qualify leads based on fit, seriousness, budget, and readiness
- Convert qualified leads into paid program enrollments
- Move prospects from enquiry → clarity → conviction → payment
2. Webinar & Workshop Follow-Up
- Follow up with attendees immediately after live sessions
- Prioritize high-intent leads (pricing queries, payment link clicks, form fills, pitch drop-offs)
- Create urgency around limited seats, deadlines, bonuses, and cohort start dates
- Maintain consistent follow-up until a clear decision is made
3. Sales Closing
- Conduct consultative, founder-level sales conversations
- Identify real pain points and decision barriers
- Handle objections related to price, time, ROI, trust, cash flow, and approvals
- Close sales via phone, Zoom, WhatsApp, or payment links
- Push for decisions confidently without sounding aggressive or desperate
4. WhatsApp & CRM Follow-Up
- Manage professional and persuasive WhatsApp communication
- Share testimonials, case studies, reminders, and payment links
- Follow a disciplined follow-up cadence (Day 0, Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 7, etc.)
- Update CRM or tracking sheets with accurate lead status and notes
- Ensure no warm lead is missed
5. Urgency & FOMO Creation
- Communicate limited availability, deadlines, bonuses, and access confidently
- Create ethical urgency by highlighting the cost of inaction
- Use proof points such as testimonials, case studies, and success stories
6. Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and onboarding teams
- Share lead feedback and objections for campaign improvement
- Ensure smooth handover after payment completion
- Share daily updates on closures, hot leads, and stuck leads
