Job Summary
Cobatt Innovation LLP is looking for an energetic and confident Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers and dealers, generating leads, following up on enquiries, and supporting the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers, dealers, and potential business leads.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and dealers.
- Update customer details and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and order processing.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Hindi/Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Confident and pleasant telephone communication.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and WhatsApp skills.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Preferred Candidate
- Age: 20–25 years
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Tele Calling / Tele Sales experience will be an added advantage.
