Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in consultancy services, financial services, B2B sales, or IT/SaaS sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, consultative selling ability, and confidence in dealing with business owners, directors, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn, and other online platforms
· Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
· Identify client pain points and pitch relevant consultancy and advisory solutions
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
· Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
· Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks
· Represent SNCO Global professionally in meetings and business discussions
· Conduct a minimum of 3-5 active coordination calls with senior management/business owners per day
· Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and smooth project execution
· After 1–2 days of initial guidance, the candidate should independently manage client onboarding and coordination
· Maintain proper CRM, MIS reports, and daily activity tracking
· Ensure timely follow-up and relationship management with clients
· Conduct in-depth research on events happening in Mumbai including corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, networking events, expos, and seminars
· Track event listings across websites, social media platforms, business groups, and industry networks
· Analyse event relevance and prepare detailed event reports for management
· Identify suitable events aligned with company business development goals
· Coordinate participation opportunities, networking leads, and business connections from events
Required Candidate Profile
· 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales / B2B Sales
· Mandatory experience in Financial Services, Consultancy Firms, CA Firms, IT Services / SaaS Sales, or Recruitment & Staffing Industry
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure
· Ability to independently handle client acquisition and onboarding
· Comfortable working in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment
· Self-motivated, aggressive, and result-oriented personality
· Experience in consultative selling will be preferred
