Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Capture inquiries, schedule test drives, and follow up with prospective buyers via calls, messaging, or emails.
- Customer Support & Satisfaction: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complaints, tracking post-sales satisfaction, and monitoring Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Database & Workflow Management: Keep CRM software records updated with customer details, purchase history, and document processing (e.g., insurance, financing, and registration).
- Service & Retention: Send automated reminders for periodic maintenance, insurance renewals, and service bookings to maximize customer retention.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
