Hiring: E-commerce & Content Intern

About the Internship
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce & Content Intern to support our growing online business. This internship is ideal for someone who is interested in e-commerce, content, fashion, and D2C brands and wants hands-on experience in managing online store operations.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce & Catalog Management
- Write and update SEO-friendly alt text for product images across Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
- Support catalog maintenance by reviewing product descriptions, pricing, and product visuals for accuracy.
- Assist with inventory updates and perform basic website quality checks.
Order Management
- Track customer orders from dispatch to delivery.
- Coordinate with the logistics team and flag any delays.
- Provide support for customer order-related queries when required.
Data & E-commerce Operations
- Maintain records of product data, order status, and daily tasks using spreadsheets and internal tools.
- Assist with routine e-commerce operational activities.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of product and order-related information.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written English and the ability to write clear and engaging product content.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with AI tools is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Interest in fashion, e-commerce, or sustainability will be an added advantage.
