Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Head / Factory Manager to oversee complete manufacturing operations at our Hambran, Ludhiana facility. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, plant operations, quality compliance, manpower management, process optimization, and coordination with management for operational efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end factory and production operations.
* Ensure smooth functioning of manufacturing processes and production schedules.
* Monitor daily plant performance, output efficiency, and wastage control.
* Implement quality control systems and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
* Handle manpower planning, workforce discipline, and shift management.
* Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for production planning.
* Maintain safety standards and operational protocols across the facility.
* Develop SOPs and improve productivity through process optimization.
* Monitor maintenance schedules of machinery and equipment.
* Ensure timely reporting of production MIS and operational data to management.
* Support expansion planning and new product manufacturing initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 815 years of experience in factory operations or production management.
* Experience in distillery, brewery, FMCG, beverages, food processing, or related manufacturing industries preferred.
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
* Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and industrial compliance.
* Ability to manage high-pressure operational environments.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Technical qualification in Production, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred.
Compensation
Salary, designation, and overall compensation package shall be offered as per the candidates past experience, industry exposure, current package, and operational capabilities.
Reporting Structure
The selected candidate will directly coordinate with senior management and leadership team for operational strategy and production growth initiatives.
