Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Telecaller & Field Mamber to handle client communication, lead follow-ups, and demo scheduling for our software products.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, understands technology, and wants to grow in the IT sales & client coordination field.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our ERP, CRM, and AI products.
- Handle inbound inquiries from schools, institutes, and businesses.
- Generate leads, follow up with interested prospects, and maintain communication records.
- Schedule software demos and coordinate with the sales/technical team.
- Maintain CRM entries and update client details regularly.
- Build strong relationships with customers for long-term engagement.
- Share daily/weekly reports with the manager.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, Email).
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Should be disciplined, punctual, and goal-oriented.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹45,000 (based on skills & experience)

Monday to Saturday — 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
