Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the organization.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and liquidity requirements.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations applicable to NBFCs.
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Monitor branch financial transactions and ensure proper accounting controls.
- Supervise loan accounting, interest calculations, provisioning, and reconciliation of customer accounts.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and regulatory reports.
- Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and risk management procedures.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management for improving profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team to ensure accuracy and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com with relevant experience.
- 5–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in an NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services sector.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
