Position Summary
The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and ensuring smooth coordination with the sales team. This role is critical in building strong first impressions and driving conversions for coworking memberships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
- Handle inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Qualify leads based on requirements, budget, and timeline.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Client Engagement
- Conduct initial calls/emails to explain coworking offerings (private offices, hot desks, meeting rooms, event spaces).
- Highlight benefits such as flexibility, amenities, networking opportunities, and community culture.
- Schedule site visits and ensure prospects are well-prepared for walkthroughs.
Coordination with Sales
- Pass qualified leads to the sales team with complete background information.
- Ensure seamless handover and follow-up until closure.
Market Feedback
- Share insights on client preferences, objections, and competitor offerings.
- Suggest improvements in pre-sales scripts and processes.
Reporting
- Prepare weekly dashboards on lead conversion, site visits, and pipeline status.
- Track KPIs such as response time, conversion ratio, and engagement quality.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
