Lead and manage a team of plant workers, including scheduling, training,
and performance evaluation.
Oversee the daily operations of the tin production process, ensuring
efficiency and productivity.
Monitor production equipment to ensure it is operating correctly and safely.
Ensure that all tin products meet quality standards and specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process.
Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
Manage raw materials and finished product inventory, ensuring adequate
supply for continuous operations.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of raw materials.
Track and report inventory levels and material usage.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and
reduce waste.
Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Prepare and submit regular reports to management on production
performance and issues
Ensure seam quality, leakage checks, and visual inspection
Control rejection, dented tins, and oil leakage
Ensure smooth operation of tin body maker, seamer, flanger, beader, and
packing lines.
Monitor productivity of workers.
