ROLE:- F & B EXECUTIVE
LOCATION :- AHMEDABAD (GUJARAT)
Key Roles and Responsibilities of an F&B Executive1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations.
- Ensure smooth service delivery in restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service areas.
- Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction.
2. Customer Service
- Welcome and interact with guests professionally.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Staff Supervision
- Coordinate and supervise service staff.
- Assist in training new employees on service standards and company policies.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate work assignments when required.
4. Food and Beverage Quality Control
- Ensure food and beverages meet quality and presentation standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain consistency.
- Monitor hygiene and food safety procedures.
5. Inventory and Stock Management
- Track inventory levels of food, beverages, and operating supplies.
- Assist in ordering and receiving stock.
- Minimize wastage and control costs.
6. Sales and Revenue Generation
- Promote menu items, special offers, and upselling opportunities.
- Assist in achieving departmental sales targets.
- Monitor revenue performance and suggest improvements.
7. Administrative Duties
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Maintain records of inventory, purchases, and guest feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
8. Health, Safety, and Hygiene Compliance
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards such as HACCP and local health regulations.
- Monitor cleanliness of dining and service areas.
- Conduct regular inspections and corrective actions.

SALARY 16K -23K(DEPEND ON CANDIDATE PERFORMANCE
